Shyla

Shyla is a beautiful, 8 year old, female, Chihuahua X. Good with dogs: Yes - very social wee girl. She loves to play with other dogs, but will also just chill out and sit with them. Good with cats: Dog experienced cats only. Good with children: Yes - adores children. Alone time: 1 - 3 hours. After dental and nasal widening surgery Shyla is finally ready to find her forever home! Her foster writes: Shyla is a sweet girl who simply loves to keep you company and is perfectly content just following you around the house - she really is the perfect little shadow. She enjoys a good nap and is more than happy to be your co-pilot in the car, riding along calmly by your side. She’s a real social butterfly who loves spending time with her humans and her foster siblings. Shyla has great energy and keeps up well with her Border Collie foster brother, joining in the fun while still being her lovely, easygoing self. Her energy level sits nicely in the medium range. Shyla is fully toilet trained, understands basic obedience commands and walks nicely on a loose leash. We're currently working on introducing the crate as a den space, so she has a quiet place to chill out when she wants to. We are SEEKING A YOUNG FAMILY for Shyla WITH CHILDREN, AND AN ACTIVE CANINE COMPANION. She has so much love to give and is such a cutie - she truly melts the hearts of everyone she meets. Monty

Monty is a handsome, 13 week old, male, Staffy X. Good with cats: Yes. Good with dogs: Yes. Good with children: Yes. Alone: Short periods only while young. Monty's foster writes: Monty is the perfect mix of independent explorer and cuddly companion. This brave, friendly boy takes everything in his stride. He loves meeting both people and other animals - never turning down attention. Monty is crate trained and learning basic obedience. He'll need a home committed to continuing his training - especially with leash manners and toileting. Confident, resilient, and happy to entertain himself, he’d suit a family home with or without other animals - as long as there’s plenty of love to go around. Polly

Polly is a gorgeous, 18 week old, female, Staffy X. Good with dogs: Yes. Good with cats: Unknown. Good with children: Yes. Alone time: Short periods while young. Polly's foster writes: Polly is a confident and affectionate little girl who will warmly greet anyone she meets. She can be a little cautious in new environments, but quickly settles once she feels safe. Polly loves to rough play with her brother - and is more than happy to finish any play fight he starts! She’s very food motivated and will patiently wait by her bowl to let you know it’s time, all while doing really well with her toilet training. Polly sleeps quietly in her crate, snuggling down as soon as the door closes, and is just as happy curled up in your lap for cuddles. She’ll often sit at your feet waiting for affection and has the sweetest nature, with eyes that truly look right into your soul. Polly is great with people of all ages and other dogs, and is respectful of older dogs who prefer their space. She is crate trained, progressing well with toilet training, and at this stage is just a young pup learning and growing. With her low energy level and gentle, loving nature, Polly would fit beautifully into just about any home. Tahi

Tahi is a gorgeous, 10 month old, female, Staffy X. Good with dogs: Tahi is great with dogs she knows but may bark at unfamiliar dogs in public. With training, this is improving. Good with cats: Unknown. Good with children: Children aged 8 & older. Alone time: Short period only. Tahi's foster writes: Tahi is a people-loving cuddle bug who believes personal space is overrated. If you want a loyal companion who will happily follow you from room to room and curl up beside you at the end of the day, Tahi is ready to steal your heart. She’s the ultimate wingman and is happy doing just about anything, as long as she’s included. She’s always keen to jump in the car for an adventure. A big cuddly goof, Tahi is convinced she’s a lap dog and loves nothing more than snuggling up with her humans. She is currently fostered with two dogs and gets along beautifully with them however she can bark and feel nervous around unfamiliar dogs, but she’s been working hard on this and is becoming much more relaxed when passing dogs on walks or in public places. Tahi is a sensitive soul and can sometimes be unsure about new things at first. Bikes, scooters, prams and the vacuum cleaner can make her nervous, but with reassurance she settles well and is gaining confidence every day. Tahi is crate trained, fully toilet trained and understands basic obedience commands. She has also just completed teenage puppy school and has made fantastic progress learning to manage her impulses and behave calmly around other dogs. She can be enthusiastic when greeting people and is a strong girl, so she would be best suited to a home with older children (8+) and dog-savvy adults. Tahi would thrive in a patient home where she can be included in daily life and adventures. Peach

Peach is a gorgeous, 3 month old, female, Labrador X German Shepherd. Good with dogs: Yes. Good with cats: Yes. Good with children: Yes - would love a home with children. Alone time: Short periods while young. Peach's foster writes: Peach is the kind of puppy everyone falls in love with. Sweet, affectionate, and full of personality, she adores cuddles just as much as she loves playing with her toys and zooming around with other dogs. Confident and independent by nature, Peach adjusts beautifully to new environments and takes everything in her stride - though her favourite place is still curled up beside her humans for a nap. She also loves lying in the sunshine and joining in on adventures with her family. Peach is crate trained, progressing really well with toilet training, and already showing lovely manners with both people and other dogs. While she’s still learning not to chew household items, she is an incredibly quick learner who already sits nicely when asked and is eager to please. With her high energy level and loving personality, Peach would thrive in an active family home with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and ideally a good-sized backyard where she can run around (and nap in the sun). Dave

Dave's foster writes: Dave is a gentle, sweet little boy who is guaranteed to melt the heart of everyone he meets. A true cuddle bug, Dave loves nothing more than snuggling up beside his humans and embracing his inner couch potato after a play session. He’s doing wonderfully building his confidence with socialisation, learning appropriate play and doggy manners from both his foster brother and foster mum. Dave is currently learning basic obedience, progressing well with toilet training, and starting to understand crate etiquette too. Milly'a foster writes: Milly is a confident, energetic young lady who lives for a good game of chase and throws herself into life with enthusiasm. She plays hard, naps hard, and when the zoomies are over, transforms into a total cuddle bug who loves curling up close to her humans for a snooze. Milly is doing wonderfully with socialisation, learning appropriate play and doggy manners from her foster brother and foster mum. She’s currently learning basic obedience, progressing well with toilet training, and starting to understand crate etiquette too.
