Chance 4 Change does not have a central shelter or kennel facility.
Because our dogs are placed directly into foster homes, it is essential that all information provided in the surrender application is accurate and complete. This ensures the safety of our volunteers and foster families, while allowing us to make the most appropriate placement decisions for each dog.
